These were the mother and brother of Lottie Lelia Durand. Through her mother, Lottie was a direct descendent of William Bradford, who was elected governor of Plymouth Colony in 1621.
At the time of the 1900 Census, Lottie was 31 years old, and living at 1024 West Main Street, Waterbury,
